Frances Mientus is the proud parent of Karen, an adult with developmental disabilities who works in Garden Center's Day Program. Frances is also the wife of Al, and mother to Karen's three brothers. Frances is excited to see the growth of the agency and to serve on the board as Garden Center moves into its next phase of operations.
