Kathleen graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2003 with a degree in Sociology. Immediately following graduation, Kathy joined Garden Center as a Direct Service Professional (DSP) until March of 2005 when she was promoted to a case manager, or Qualified Human Services Professional (QHSP) in the Developmental Training Program and held a caseload of 24 individuals with responsibility over the Home Based Services program. She is currently the house manager for the Burbank Intermediate Care Facility for 15 persons with developmental disabilities (ICF/DD).
