Kim has been with the agency since 1989.  Prior to this, she worked for ten years with children who had severe and profound disabilities.  This field has always been fulfilling and rewarding for her, making the decision to have a career at Garden Center Services an easy one to make.  Her years at Garden Center have flown by and one reason for this is because she truly loves what she does.  From 1989 to 2007, she worked as a Direct Support Professional.  In 2007, she was promoted to the Director of Day Program Services, which oversees the daily operation of the day program which includes: staff scheduling, consumer curriculum, new admissions, and contract work.   She has seen many changes over the years and she can definitely say that one important thing remains constant: the clients are happy!
